As a regional after-sales manager at Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik (SKT) for Stockholm North/East, you will have a relationship-oriented role focusing on customer presence, support, and business development. You are the company's key contact in the region and build long-term relationships through dialogue, follow-up, and a high level of service. You represent SKT towards municipal and private customers as well as partners and actively work to strengthen customer loyalty and create added value over time. With significant responsibility, you drive the after-sales work forward and contribute to increased customer satisfaction and profitability. Your responsibilities
In this role, you will lead SKT's after-sales work in your region and have a clear responsibility to be present with customers and ensure quick and professional support. You will have daily contact with customers, contractors, and service partners and act as a reliable and accessible advisor throughout the after-sales phase.
- Build and maintain relationships with municipal operations organizations and workshops
- Handle warranty cases and complaints in collaboration with the central after-sales team
- Support project managers during the handover from project to operations
- Drive upselling and identify new business opportunities within after-sales
- Train and introduce service partners and ensure delivery quality
- Ensure commissioning and follow up on the functionality of delivered projects
- Provide technical support to customers via phone
You will be based at the office in Täby but will be responsible for the Stockholm North/Central region, which involves travel north in the region. Travel occurs regularly and includes about 2-3 overnight stays per month.
Worth knowing
The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period. You will be part of the after-sales organization and work closely with colleagues in projects, sales, and service. The role is characterized by freedom under responsibility where you plan your days yourself, while you are an important representative of SKT in customer contact. You will receive continuous support from a dedicated after-sales team with broad technical expertise.
Our expectations
We are looking for someone with experience in customer relations and service, preferably within technically oriented industries. You do not need to be a technician, but you should have sufficient technical understanding to discuss electrical and pump technology with customers and partners. You are business-oriented, communicative, and enjoy building relationships, being present with customers, and solving problems in a service-oriented manner. We expect you to have good computer skills, a B driver's license, and be fluent in Swedish and English.
You are proactive, structured, and used to taking your own initiatives. You are reliable in your delivery and act as a role model. Your ability to create trust, be available, and develop long-term customer relationships is crucial for success in this role.
